Attorney Marcel Sandu-Ciocîrlan graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 1998. The law office was established in 2001 and has been in continuous practice since, providing legal assistance to legal entities — in particular small and medium-sized businesses — as well as to individuals.
The office's core areas of practice are civil and contract law, commercial and corporate law, labour law, and personal data protection (GDPR), alongside the other practice areas listed in the Services section.
Each matter is approached individually, starting from the client's specific circumstances, with the aim of identifying legal solutions suited to their situation.
The office operates in accordance with Law no. 51/1995 on the organisation and practice of the legal profession and the regulations of the Bucharest Bar.
